ypress Bend Village Apartments believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 185 lbs. with a $300.00 pet fee for one pet and a $350.00 pet fee for two pets, in addition to a monthly charge of $15.00 a month in pet rent.
