Shadow Park believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a $300.00 pet fee, plus an additional charge of $35.00 a month in pet rent per pet. Please keep in mind there is a 40 lb. weight limit for pets in our community and breed restrictions do apply.
