Sierra Ridge believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. There is no weight limit although we only accommodate non-aggressive breeds. There is also a required non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 for one pet and $400.00 for two pets, in addition to a fee of $15.00 a month in pet rent. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home.
