Westport on the Lake believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a $250.00 pet fee for one pet, or a $400.00 pet fee for two pets. There is also an additional monthly charge of $45.00 a month in pet rent per animal. Please keep in mind there is no weight limit for pets in our community, but aggressive breeds are not allowed.
